Three months dues waiver beginning with the first of the month following the month last rendered compensated service.
Subsequent months - contact UPREHS for rate of leave dues.
Employees and Dependents covered under the National Health and Welfare Plan:
Four months dues waiver beginning with the first of the month following the month last rendered compensated service.
Subsequent months - contact United HealthCare for COBRA rates. Dental and Vision coverage also fall under the National Plan coverage.
